Large NAPIER Sterling Silver Pinvintage deco brooch, 1930's / 40's Art DECO Brooch

On the larger side measuring about 3 3/4" long x 1 1/4" wide, this heavy vintage sterling brooch is a real designer beauty! Made by "Napier" in the late 1930's or perhaps the early 40's, it boasts gorgeous Art Deco design lines. A wonderful brooch that can be worn on a coat or suit lapel. Would make a great statement piece! The condition is pretty nice. The finish was once a gold vermeil, which is sterling with a gold wash. However, through the years of polishing, the gold has worn off on most of the surface and can only be seen in the highlights. It has a few scratches as seen in my high resolution close up pics, still the display is fabulous! Marked in "Napier sterling" on the back.
